Concierge involves a trained uniformed Static Security Guard being stationed at your business.  you can have a guard 24 hours per day, 7 days a week for the whole year, or you can have a Security Concierge for a few hours a week.

 

Key responsibilities will include:

 

•  Engaging with residents & building professional yet caring and supportive relationships.

•   Delivering consistently high levels of customer service at all times.

•   Escalating any service or performance issues for immediate rectification.

 

Safety, Maintenance and Administration:

• Undertaking daily and weekly inspections of the building. Investigate any fire alarm activations.

•   Ensuring the security of the building is maintained at all times and CCTV monitoring. Routine walk round of building.

•   Access control management including fob programming

•   Supplying access to contractors if works continue outside of normal working hours

•   Ensuring the building is a safe environment in which to live and work

•   Recording any safety checks, contractor visits and completing on site reports including daily activity logs.

•   Parcel management, including sign in and out for residents.
